Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. A second email with shipping confirmation and a tracking link will be sent once it's on the way.

Once your package departs from our Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse, the standard shipping time frame is 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited options including UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day.

SimplyFun ships via USPS Priority mail for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam. Once your package departs from our Indianapolis, Indiana warehouse, you can expect a standard shipping time frame of 5-7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Guam from the U.S. is considered domestic but takes significantly longer, often ranging from 10-15 business days, as it's a remote territory.

When you register with MyUS.com, you'll receive a U.S. tax-free shipping address to use at checkout with SimplyFun. We will ship your order to the MyUS.com address, where it will be checked for accuracy before being forwarded to your international address.
Please note that all orders shipped to MyUS.com are considered U.S.-based and U.S.-delivered. SimplyFun's responsibility ends once delivery to MyUS.com is confirmed. MyUS.com is then responsible for forwarding your package internationally. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Orders are sent to our warehouse right away, so please contact Customer Care as soon as possible! If your order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to cancel it and issue a refund, which typically appears on your payment method within 3–5 business days. You can then reorder using the correct address. If your order has already shipped, our Customer Care team will review and advise on next steps.
Please report any missing items or box damage within 5 business days of delivery by emailing our Customer Care team. Be sure to include the order name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos of both the game and the shipping box.
