Products (opened and unopened) can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method (excluding all shipping charges). Contact Customer Care to start a return.
We do not offer direct exchanges. You’re welcome to return your order, and we’ll gladly assist you with placing a new one.
You may return your product within 30 days for a refund (excluding shipping). Once your return is received, we will process the refund, which typically appears on your original payment method within 3–5 days.

Please include your order number in the return box. Send an email with the return tracking number to Customer Care so we can monitor its arrival.
If an order is refused or returned to our warehouse by UPS or USPS, our Customer Care team will contact you. Once your address is confirmed, we’ll reship the order. If we’re unable to confirm the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Please allow 3–5 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Because we do not offer exchanges, any refund will be issued back to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Please send the item back in the original box and packing materials to help keep it safe in transit. If the original packaging arrived damaged, simply place the item in a sturdy, appropriately sized box for return.
Please allow 3-5 business days to be reflected on the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
