Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
SimplyFun offers a 30–day money back return policy (excluding shipping charges) if you are dissatisfied with any product or for any reason. We will also guarantee replacement of any missing or damaged pieces for any newly purchased game. Additionally, we will replace a portion of the game pieces that are lost or damaged due to wear and tear, on a case-by-case basis, if they are available.
Damage During Transit or Short Shipment
Notice of damage to the outside of the game boxes or missing games from a shipment should be reported within five business days of receipt. Contact Customer Care by email at email@example.com or by phone at 877-557-7767. Please include the name on the order, the order number if available, and what games were missing or damaged. If the games are damaged, please include pictures of the damage to both the games and the shipping box.
Missing Pieces of Newly Received and Open Games
SimplyFun will replace any missing pieces of newly received and opened games. For missing pieces, Affiliates or customers can submit a request using the Piece Replacement Form on the SimplyFun website, by contacting Customer Care by email firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 877-557-7767.
Customer Care will attempt to notify the purchaser promptly when an order is refused or returned to the warehouse. The order can be reshipped upon payment of additional shipping charges. Contact Customer Care to arrange for payment and reshipment. Payments must be made within five business days of notification, or the returned order will be cancelled. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Incorrect Shipping Address
For the quickest shipping times, orders are sent to the warehouse immediately after being placed. SimplyFun acknowledges that sometimes incorrect addresses are entered when placing an order. If you place an order and discover the address is incorrect, please contact Customer Care immediately. If the order has not shipped, you will receive a notice that SimplyFun has canceled the order and refunded your payment. You can then make the purchase again using the correct address. If the order has already been shipped Customer Care will work with you on figuring out next steps.

Upon approval, Customer Care will provide the customer with the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and address for return shipment.
The customer is responsible for shipping product back to the designated return address.
Any authorized return must be received by SimplyFun within 30 days.
