The Code of Ethics

As a DSA Member Company, SimplyFun pledges to abide by the DSA's Code of Ethics. The DSA Code of Ethics speaks to both the consumer and the seller and is enforced by an independent administrator who will do everything possible to resolve any complaints to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

In 2010, SimplyFun was one of just 20 companies recognized for its participation in the DSA Code of Ethics Communication Initiative. To receive this recognition, SimplyFun partnered with the DSA to encourage and promote the education of the DSA Code of Ethics to its sales force and to the general public.
